Ms. Luna has worked at Ernst & Young as a Compliance Audit Manager and Arthur Andersen LLP and has over 11 years of internal and external audit experience. Ms. Luna has a BS in Accounting from California State University at Northridge.

Amit Dewan, CA is a Compliance Manager with SOX Solutions Corp,he brings over eight years of professional experience to the function, which is supported by an extensive background in SOX compliance experience. Mr. Dewan has worked at American Express, as the Global Accounts: Control & Compliance; and SOX Testing Group. Mr. Dewan has also served as a Senior, Audit Associate at Price Waterhouse (PwC), and Audit Manager, at Ray & Ray Chartered Accountants (an affiliate of Moore Stephens International). Amit’s sphere of responsibility also included staff development and other internal and external client management activities. The list of clients Amit worked with at Ray & Ray included IDBI, IFCI, East India Hotels and Bharat Hotels, Inc.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations or date transfers need to be received at least Seven (7) business days prior to the event in order to receive a 25% refund. If a cancellation or reschedule request is received less than Seven (7) business days before the start date, the penalty of 100% of the cost will be applied. Refunds will not be allowed for "no-shows". If your plans should change, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced.

Cancellation Liability

CO reserves the right to cancel events for any reason at anytime. Cancellation liability is limited to the return of payment ONLY. CO will not reimburse registrants for any travel cancellation fees or penalties, including airfare and hotel.
