Samuel Zidel is a consultant for Lean Hospitals, a consulting, training, and facilitation company. Lean Hospitals has guided many healthcare organizations on their Lean journey. Through Lean Hospitals, Mr. Zidel has conducted several training sessions, facilitated the implementation of Lean tools and principles and provided consulting services for healthcare organizations. A partial list of areas where he has considerable experience includes 5S, mistakeproofing, utilization of status boards, process mapping, and Six Sigma. Mr. Zidel has worked closely with hospital personnel to assist them in troubleshooting problems and guiding them towards solutions.
