He is Chief Technology Officer with Orion Data Management which provides high level management and design consulting services. For the last ten years, he has been primarily focused in the design and implementation of highly dependable computer solutions for the Oracle financial services markets, as well as concentrating on the related disaster recovery aspects of the same systems. Bernard successfully managed several disaster recovery efforts for major financial services clients such as Charles Schwab, IBM and Chicago Board of Trade.

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Quebec at Montreal and is a certified Oracle DBA on Oracle 7.3, 8.0, 8i 9i .
