This regulatory training will provide benefits to companies’ required to have a process for collecting, assessing and documenting deviation and complaints and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are compliant with GXP requirements.

Why Should You Attend:

Growing regulatory pressures, increasing customer mandates and internal quality initiatives are compelling companies to take a proactive and automated approach to their ‘corrective action’ process. Regulatory compliance requires organizations to capture all corrective action issues and track their corrective action process to completion.

Organizations that pursue a policy of continuous improvement must address the concerns of non-conformance and develop corrective/preventive actions to avoid the repetition of these occurrences in the future.

Areas Covered in the seminar:

  • Define Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions (CAPA).
  • Risk Analysis.
  • What needs to be in place for regulatory compliance for CAPA?
  • How software solutions can assist the CAPA process?

Who will benefit:

The collection, assessment and documentation of complaints is one thing; ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are compliant with GXP requirements is another. This Webinar makes the right connections, and will benefit:

  • Quality Assurance personnel
  • Quality system auditors
  • Business and IT personnel that support corrective/preventive action process
