Mr. Costa is a recognized leader in Environmental Health and The Safety of Foods. Mr. Costa works closely with CDC, FDA, Third Party Auditing Firms and the Food Industry to Develop, Implement and Evaluate a Variety of Food Safety Programs.

Mr. Costa is a Professor at the Walt Disney World Center for Hospitality and Culinary Arts in Orlando FLORIDA. Mr. Costa holds a B.S. in biology from The University of Arizona and an MBA and an M.S. in Health Services Management from The Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Costa is retired from The State of Florida Department of Health and Conducted over 10,000 Inspections of Food Facilities in his career.
