Commercial Quality Manual-3

1. The Quality Assurance Program shall be planned and organized to ensure that defects or other unsatisfactory conditions are discovered and corrected at the earliest practical point.
2. The quality system shall be subject to surveillance by the Customer. The Customer QA Representative shall notify the Company of such visits and determine mutually agreed upon dates of each visit.
3. Hazardous operations shall be assessed to determine the risk to program personnel and use the assessment to establish guidelines , procedures for resolution of the hazards and safe conduct of operations.
4. The Company shall maintain records of hazard assessments and analyses performed and mishap reports on file and available to review by the Customer upon request.
