4. A CCB is established to exercise full authority and responsibility for maintaining the baseline identification and for regulating all changes to the baseline.
5. Records produced to provide evidence of deliverable product conformance shall be examined for comparison to the latest Document Control Center (DCC) record or applicable product procedure.
