FAA Overhaul Facility Quality Manual - conformance to C.A.S.E. Standard 1-A Chapter 4-2-0

1. This quality management system (QMS) defines the operating practices, responsibilities, authority, organizational functions and procedures for an Aircraft Repair - Overhaul facility ( ROV ).
2. The quality management representative (QAR) interprets and applies the requirements of this quality management system (QMS) and is supported by a deputy representative (DQAR).
3. The system involves establishing a quality audit plan so that areas carrying out activities within the QMS are scheduled for regular audits at appropriate time intervals.
4. The Quality Group determines the requirements for all procured parts, materials and services and provides the information to the purchasing agent to be incorporated into the purchase order.
