FAA RSM - Repair Station Manual - conformance to FAA Advisory Circular AC 145-9

1. The repair station shall not incorporate changes to manual revisions that are unacceptable to the FAA or do not conform to applicable regulations.
2. The repair station shall ensure that only authorized personnel make any changes. The Quality Manager is authorized by delegation from the repair station manager to make changes to the manual(s).
3. The repair station shall have the equipment, tools and materials necessary to perform the maintenance.
4. The revised list and any other necessary technical data shall be submitted with a cover letter within 5 business days to the Principal Inspector (PI) at the CHDO.
