1. It is a policy of (Your Division) to perform all activities in a manner that reflects a total commitment to quality.
2. Quality problems resulting from a variance to a program requirement shall be resolved by the organizational Group assigned the specific responsibility.
3. The Quality Group is responsible for review of new and pending work based on the receipt of a Request for Proposal (RFP).
4. The MRB forwards the CAR or RFCA to the assigned Group where an analysis of data and an examination of scrapped or reworked product shall be performed to determine the extent and cause of the discrepancy.
