2. Quality problems resulting from a variance to a program requirement shall be resolved by the organizational Group assigned the specific responsibility.
3. The Quality Group shall review procurement documents to determine if all contractual 'flow down' and internal quality requirements have been specified according to the governing contract.
4. The Quality Group is responsible for examining engineering and manufacturing documentation for the purpose of identifying the criteria (inspection requirements) for approval and rejection of each work operation, its associated equipment, personnel and the deliverable supplies produced by the process.
