• This program establishes the requirements for the development and maintenance of a defect prevention/training program.
• The goal of this program is to maintain the inherent quality, configuration, reliability, and maintainability of the end product or service while stressing prevention of human errors.
• The Training Supervisor has the responsibility and supervision of the training program and must develop or assist the curricula and the assessment of training and qualification.
