She has twenty years experience in environmental management, specializing in waste management, initiating a number of international first.

Pilot developed the first international E-learning for assisting SMEs (small, medium sized organizations) in implementing ISO management systems in a cost effective manner. She is author of ISO 9001 book on Quality Management implementation and integration with Environment, Health & Safety.
