Joyce Binegar, with over 20+ years experience in nursing, nursing education and health care consulting, Joyce Binegar has an in-depth knowledge, understanding and unique insight into the health care issues of today. She has worked as a nurse in staff and management positions in hospitals and home health care agencies. In home care, she has held positions as Case Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Director of Professional Services.
Currently, Joyce is an independent consultant, chart reviewer, presenter, author and provider of educational services in the health care field. She has performed mock surveys, system analysis, and competency testing, and provided assistance in revamping of home care agencies to return to compliance with Federal and State mandates (Medicare/Medicaid).
