Understand the importance and use of group interviewing and assessment center.
Interviewing is sometimes looked upon by managers as a wasteful and unproductive routine, an endless procession of faces signifying little or nothing accomplished. The fact is, interviewing is the only real opportunity we ever have to get to know an applicant before they become an employee.
