This country’s employment law system embraces not only federal anti=discrimination laws, but also (1) various state statutes that relate to employment matters, and (2) various common law principles that have application to the workplace. This workshop will not attempt to cover the employment law of specific states which do not apply to everyone. However we will cover the legal principles developed by the common law concerning employee privacy, the major anti-discrimination laws. These principles or our employment law system equally pertain to all.

Scott has consulted with over 150 companies ranging from Fortune 5 to small start-up’s in every corner of the world. Scott began his corporate career with RCA Records in New York City. He then moved to American Cyanamid in New Jersey, Chiquita in Central America, ARCO in Alaska, Worked Perfect and Novell, in Utah. Scott earned his Bachelors of Science degree and his Masters degree in organization behavior from Brigham Young University.
