Dr. Sandford Liebesman had over 32 years experience in the quality sciences at Bell Laboratories, Bellcore, Lucent Technologies, KEMA Registered Quality and the Kohl Group. He is author of the books TL 9000: A Guide to Measuring Excellence in Telecommunications and Using ISO 9000 to Improve Business Processes.
Dr. Liebesman is leading the SOX_Q/E Management Team which provides expertise on using quality/environmental management systems to mitigate business risk and satisfy the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. The team has participated in the Quality Audit Division Conference, the ISO 9000 Summits, the ASQ Annual Quality Conference, the QUEST Forum Best Practices Conference, the World Quality Congress, and presented workshops in Orlando and Milwaukee during 2005.
