Instructor Profile:

Randal H. Rankin, Vice President CSR Services, Bureau Veritas Consumer Products Services. As the Vice President of CSR Services at Bureau Veritas Consumer Product Services, Mr. Rankin is responsible for services related to supply chain social compliance and broader corporate social responsibility initiatives, including sustainability. He has worked with list of prestigious clients who are considered the most active in the field of social compliance. In addition, Mr. Rankin has been involved in the development of several collaborative codes of conduct programs like Social Accountability International (SA8000) and the Worldwide Responsible Apparel Production (WRAP) programs. Prior to joining Bureau Veritas, Mr. Rankin founded the Global Social Compliance LLC (acquired by Bureau Veritas in 2008), where he served as Chief Executive Officer.

Keri Dawson, Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services, MetricStream. As Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services, Ms. Dawson is responsible for leading the integration and continued growth of MetricStream’s cloud-based content and consulting services, with a focus on driving MetricStream’s next generation content and service portfolios across the ComplianceOnline business unit. Ms. Dawson was formerly a Director with KPMG and has over fifteen years of consulting experience in audit, risk, controls, and compliance. She was a leader in KPMG’s GRC technologies practice, and has been active in the governance, risk and compliance domain for over a decade. Ms. Dawson’s delivery portfolio includes system implementations, internal audit and regulatory compliance services, external audits and attestation services, IT strategy and risk assessments, and performance improvement projects. Ms. Dawson holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

ComplianceOnline would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.

Webinar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or unavoidable factors. Registrants will be notified 24hours in advance if a cancellation occurs. Substitutions can happen any time.
