This is session 6 in the series of sessions for process validation using Six Sigma methods. Maintaining validation and optimized processes often fails due to lack of measurability and lack of accountability. This session focuses on methods that address both issues. We will introduce Equipment Efficiency Rating (EER) a major step up from OEE. Raw Material Effectiveness will address the efficient use of raw materials. A rating system for plants and organizations based on control charting these parameters enables leaders to track performance and immediately react to down trends before performance falls below acceptable levels.

Areas Covered in the seminar:

  • Calculating EER
  • Calculating RME
  • Plant/Organization Certifications
