This anti-corruption training uses practical examples and real enforcement actions such as the Walmart and Microsoft bribery investigations to help you understand the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other national anti-bribery laws and avoid violating them.

Why Should You Attend :

Executives, marketing and sales persons, finance, audit and lawyers at companies that sell products and services internationally must understand the actions that can lead to prosecution under the FCPA, fines and jail sentences. The webinar will explain the simple measures you can take to avoid prosecution.

Areas Covered in the Webinar:

  • Prohibited actions and penalties under the FCPA
  • Liability for the actions of foreign subsidiaries, agents and rogue employees
  • Actions that are exempt from FCPA prosecution by the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission
  • Lessons learned from recent cases
  • Red flags that could indicate non-compliance
  • Advice for training staff, both within and outside the U.S
