Instructor Profile:

Tyler D. Nunnally, is Founder & CEO of Upside Risk Corporation, a behavioral risk management consultancy that helps organizations to maximize profit while mitigating risks inherent in human judgment.

In addition to his role at Upside Risk, Tyler is Principal at Nunnally International, Inc., which provides risk management consulting services and expert testimony to the legal community. In this capacity, he currently serves as a consultant to the Gulf Oil Spill Litigation Group (GOSLG). Tyler authored an influential report on behalf of GOSLG that has been incorporated into Louisiana and federal multidistrict class-action complaints and has been interviewed by the Center for Public Integrity for commentary on the matter. Tyler is a member of Cornerstone Research network of experts and his paper on quantifying risk in commercial litigation was recently published by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) International Business society. Tyler received his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and earned a Master's in International Business, graduating with Honors, from the University of St Andrews.

Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.
