This statistical Design and Analysis of Experiments webinar will introduce DOE and process modeling.

This is session 5 in the series of sessions for process validation using Six Sigma methods. Experimentation traditionally follows the OFAT model, changing one factor at a time. DOE is a powerful method for identifying critical variables, determining material specifications, and process optimization. A result of DOE is an empirical model of the process that allows "what if" analyses. This session will introduce DOE and process modeling.

Areas Covered in the seminar:

  • Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiments (DOE)
  • 3 Factor Full Factorial designs
  • 5 Factor Fractional Factorial Designs
  • Fold over
  • Response Surface & augmenting
  • Process Modeling

Who Will Benefit:

This webinar will provide valuable assistance to all regulated companies that need to validate their systems, including companies in the Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and Biologics fields. The employees who will benefit include:

  • End-users responsible for processes requiring validation
  • QA managers and personnel
  • Validation specialists
  • Consultants
  • Quality system auditors
  • Process Engineers
