Read Frequently Asked Questions

This final training program in the series will help identify how the environment impacts your organization under the new ISO 14001:2015 standard. It will detail how to properly develop an audit schedule and plan for internal and external audits. The session will also describe the next steps to get compliant with the new standard, while preparing for audit and proper documentation.

Why Should You Attend:

  • Does your site currently have the ISO 14001 certification? Or,
  • Are you thinking of getting your facility ISO 14001 certified?

If the answer to either of these questions is a “yes”, this webinar series discussing the new ISO 14001:2015 requirements can pave the way for you.

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the revised ISO 14001:2015 environmental management systems (EMS) standard on September 15, 2015, replacing the 2004 version. Organizations that are currently registered to ISO 14001:2004 will have until September 2018 to transition to the 2015 standard.

The changes will require effort from organizations to implement, however the overall result will be a more effective management system capable of achieving better results in environmental performance improvement.

This revision includes significant changes, most of which are real improvements, helping users derive more value from their EMS. Organizations without a formal environmental (or EHS) management system should consider it now, with the new ISO 14001 as a model.
