Instructor Profile:

Jeffrey M. Kaplan, is a partner in the Princeton NJ office of Kaplan & Walker LLP, has practiced in the compliance and ethics program area for more than twenty years. He specializes in all aspects of assisting companies in developing, implementing and reviewing corporate compliance/ethics programs. Mr. Kaplan's compliance/ethics program practice has included work for clients in the health care, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, government contracting, insurance, manufacturing, energy, retail, private investments, food and many more. For many years he was Counsel to the Ethics Officer Association (now the ECOA), a professional association of more than 1200 compliance/ethics officers. In 2009 he was a recipient of a Compliance and Ethics Award from the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, which that organization bestows annually on “Compliance and Ethics Champions”. He is a frequent speaker on compliance/ethics issues for the Practicing Law Institute; chairs the Continuing Legal Education program in corporate compliance sponsored by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; and is the Featured Risk Assessment Columnist for the Corporate Compliance Insights web site.

Keri Dawson, Vice President of ComplianceOnline Advisory Services, MetricStream. In this role, Keri is responsible for leading the integration and continued growth of MetricStream’s cloud-based content and consulting services, with focus on driving MetricStream’s next generation content and service portfolios across the ComplianceOnline business unit. Keri was formerly a Director with KPMG and has over fifteen years of consulting experience in audit, risk, controls, and compliance. She was a leader in KPMG’s GRC Technologies practice, and has been active in the governance, risk and compliance domain for over a decade. Keri’s delivery portfolio includes system implementations, internal audit and regulatory compliance services, external audits and attestation services, IT strategy and risk assessments, and performance improvement projects. Keri holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. She is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).

ComplianceOnline would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.

Webinar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or unavoidable factors. Registrants will be notified 24hours in advance if a cancellation occurs. Substitutions can happen any time.
