Mitzi Katz

Mitzi Gibson Katz has developed sought-after training solutions, and has educated thousands of end users, for the past thirty-five years. She holds a Master's in Education degree, with an emphasis in special education classroom and administration.

Early in her career, Ms. Katz taught a variety of special education classes in Kansas, Montana, and Alaska. When the first personal computers were introduced into the market, she became passionate about technology. As an innovator, she made a change in careers from public school education to professional educator, where she began providing private computer training. She has been teaching software best practices ever since.

According to her, “It's the people part of the business that keeps me involved.” Her style of instruction focuses on assisting attendees in capturing and retaining information. When Ms. Katz is not teaching, she can be found in the garden, hiking, bicycling, and skiing with her family in Colorado.

Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance. ComplianceOnline would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.
