How to attend?
Q) How do we gain access to join in on the webinar? Or I am interested in attending this event.
Ans - To get login access to join the webinar you have to register using the following instruction. Once you register an email will be sent with details of your purchase order. Webinar handouts and log in information to join the event will be mailed to you before 48 hrs of scheduled time of webinar.
Process to Register: Click on the link then "add to cart" then click on "View Cart & Check out" and full-fill registration and payment process. An automated mail will be sent to you with details for log in to webinar.
Q) Can we pay by cheque to register for this webinar?
Ans - Yes you can pay by cheque. Once we receive the cheque we will send the log in instructions to join the webinar immediately
Also you can send a PO to us and we will book the seat for you. We will send the invoice after we receive the PO.
Q) Do you offer group discounts?
Ans- Yes we offer group discounts if the number is more than 5. Please write to us if you want to purchase in-group.

Q) What are the minimum system requirements necessary to attend the web seminar?

Attend events on Microsoft Windows?
Minimum requirements to host or attend fully interactive events using Event Manager for
Windows:
Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, or XP
Intel x86 (Pentium 400MHZ +) or compatible processor
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, 6, Mozilla 1.6 or later, or Netscape 4.7, 7.x
JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser
56K or faster Internet connection
A localized version of Windows is required to host or attend fully interactive events on Asian versions of Event Center (Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese).
Attend events on Mac OS?
Minimum requirements to host or attend fully interactive events for Mac OS:
Mac OS 10.2.x or later
Internet Explorer 5.2 or Safari 1.1 or later
JavaScript and cookies enabled for the browser
Java 1.3.1 or later
Attend events using Solaris*?
Minimum requirements to host or attend fully interactive events using Event Manager for
Solaris:
Solaris 8 or 9
Java Plug-In 1.3.1 or later

Attend events using Linux*?
Minimum requirements to host or attend fully interactive events using Event Manager for Linux:
Red Hat Enterprise Linux , Red Hat Desktop, and SuSE Linux
Other Linux distributions may work if they are using:
Linux Kernel 2.4+
Java Plug-In 1.4.1 or later
Xfree86
Intel x86 (Pentium 400MHZ +) or compatible processor
128 MB RAM
Netscape 7 or Mozilla 1.6 or later

Q) Do we need a telephone line to attend the event or it can be heard by streaming through Internet?
Ans - yes phone line is must to attend the event. The event includes video and audio both.
Attendees can view the presentation made by speakers through a hyperlink sent with log in details and they have to dial in to a toll free number (only for US/Canada) /Toll number (International attendees) provided by ComplianceOnline and listen to the audio.

Webinar Deliverables
Q) Is this an interactive session where we can ask our questions?
Ans - Yes, there is a Q & A session of 10-20 minutes after the presentation. Also attendees can ask question through chat to Host and speaker but all questions will be answered after the presentation is over.
Q Do you offer CPE credits?
Ans - As of now we do not offer CPE credits. But we are planning to conduct training courses and will offer credits for it.
