Betty Zakeri has over 20 years’ experience with the food industry and EPA, in all areas of quality and food safety including pest control programs. She is a SQF certified auditor, and holds a commercial applicator license from the Ohio Department of Agriculture. She has managed pest control programs in many well-known national and international food companies. Ms. Zakeri holds a master’s degree from the University of Alabama A&M in areas of microbiology, environmental and molecular genetics and an MBA from Tulane University.
