Chris McClean, Principal Analyst & Research Director, Forrester Research, Inc. Mr. McClean contributes to Forrester's offerings for the Security & Risk Professional, leading the company's coverage of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). In this role, he helps clients around the world implement successful strategies, best practices, and technologies to support GRC programs as well as related functions such as enterprise risk management, corporate compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Mr. McClean is a frequent speaker on these subjects at vendor and industry events, and he has been quoted by top media outlets, including CFO Magazine, Compliance Week, and the Financial Times. His previous experience includes marketing and public relations for security, compliance, and risk management vendors.

Vidya Phalke, PhD - Chief Technology Officer, MetricStream. As the CTO of MetricStream, Mr. Phalke is responsible for MetricStream's technical architecture and strategy. Prior to being promoted to the CTO position, Mr. Phalke served as Vice President of Product Management and Engineering at MetricStream where he was responsible for MetricStream's Software Products and Platform Delivery. Starting with MetricStream in 2003, he has been instrumental in transforming the, then nascent, GRC Platform vision into an Industry Leading GRC Software Platform as recognized by MetricStream's World Class Enterprise customers as well as Leading Analysts. Mr. Phalke has held various Senior Product Management and Engineering positions in Narus and Network Programs - building Enterprise Grade Business and Operations Support Systems. Before joining the Software Industry, he was an Academic at Rutgers University where he won two SBIR grants on cutting edge research on Databases and Network Optimization. Besides a PhD in Computer Science from Rutgers University, Mr. Phalke holds a Management degree from MIT Sloan. He is a graduate of IIT, Delhi, India.
