Why Should You Attend:

Recent survey findings indicate that only about one-third of all boards have a formal process for comprehensive risk assessment and further improvement is needed in this area.

In university environments, risks have traditionally been addressed in a decentralized manner and not necessarily coordinated between units or functional areas. With most Universities still functionally and technically disaggregated, not implementing a sustained enterprise wide risk program could hinder business performance.

As a result, implementing and sustaining enterprise wide risk program has emerged as a crucial priority for institutions. Join this webinar, where panelists will provide insights on implementing an integrated framework for an effective risk management process.

Key discussion points are:

  • Why implement a university-wide risk management program?
  • How do you implement an ERM program?
  • Major components of an ERM program
  • Benefits of ERM program
  • ERM best practices
  • Role of technology in adopting and implementing an effective risk program
