Prior to founding Hayden Resources Inc., Ms. Hayden was a Senior Vice President and Executive Officer at Nazareth National Bank, where she served as the chief human resources officer along with other executive posts over 27 years. Previously, she held senior human resources positions at Alexander’s, Inc. in New York City.
Ms Hayden has extensive teaching and advisory experience in Human Resources and management at a number of area colleges and universities. Ms. Hayden received her BA from Smith College and an HR Certificate from New York University.
