This webinar training will discuss the lean principles and how to effectively implement them in your system to identify and reduce waste. The instructor will discuss how to apply lean to align business system and process with organisational goals so as to deliver rapid and measurable results.

Why Should You Attend:

Lean principles, when practiced every day in a consistent manner, align business systems and processes with the needs and goals of the organization. It is a common sense and practical approach to problem solving focused on eliminating waste. Lean thinking is a strategy that is used at any level of the organization and applied to any process or work area. It delivers rapid, measurable results.

Lean is the process of identifying work that doesn't add value-also known as "waste"-and removing that waste.

As a way of thinking and acting, Lean can apply to manufacturing, healthcare and services by eliminating wastes of time, effort and materials and optimizing the flow of products and services throughout all segments of an organization. Lean is not a tactic or a set of rules. It is an ever-evolving process – a way of thinking that changes everything.
