Prior to founding DSG Global, Deep was the head of FedEx's international trade consulting group for over a decade. Prior to joining FedEx, Deep helped develop KPMG’s Tax & International Trade practice in South Asia.

Deep learnt the meaning of “globalization” early, since he spent his childhood in United Kingdom, Canada and India. Deep obtained his initial legal education in India (BA and LLB), arrived in the USA for his Masters in Law-Taxation (LL.M) from the University of Washington and received executive education on International Trade from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.

Deep has been privileged to assist both the US Government agencies involved in Imports and Exports, as an industry expert. Mr. SenGupta has worked closely with the CBP on enhancements to the customs audit program (2013-2014), as well as with the BIS on export control reform (2011-2017).
