Why Should You Attend:

EHS professionals often have to manage or resolve conflicts. These may be between workers, management, trainees, building occupants, building representatives, etc. We will look at what works, what doesn’t, and why more progressive techniques work best. Case examples will be discussed and attendee cases will be welcomed.

Instructor Profile:

Jonathan Klane, M.S.Ed., CIH, CHMM, CET, owns Klane’s Education Information Training Hub, LLC SM (KEITH SM) and provides health, safety, training, wellness, and other business consulting services. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Thomas College in their Graduate Program teaching Wellness, Health, Safety, and Security, Environmental Risk Assessment & Management, Organizational Theory & Behavior, Conflict Management & Resolution, Marketing Management, Business Risk Management for the 21st Century, and Train-the-Trainer Courses.

He has presented and/or taught over 100 times at national and regional conferences across North America and has authored a book, several textbook chapters, many articles, and developed and presented many on-line Webinars on Training, Wellness, and Health and Safety topics and has been interviewed for multiple articles.

He lives in Fairfield, Maine and is a former “back-of-the-pack”, amateur triathlete and marathoner.
