  1. I have registered for in-person seminar, will it be impacted?
  2. Given the circumstance and travel advisory from different organizations, we are postponing our seminars. We are conducting these In-person Seminars as Virtual Seminars through WebEx as well. You can reach out to our support team with your order number.

  3. I have registered for 5th Annual Medical Device Summit, what is the current status of it?
  4. If you have reserved seats for the summit, the registrations will be transferred to the new dates and will keep you updated with new schedule soon.

    The health of our event attendees and experts is of prime importance to us. Like you, we are following the outbreak of COVID-19 and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO). Also, we have received requests from other attendees to push the event to a later date for everybody's safety.

  5. I have registered for upcoming Webinar; will you conduct that?
  6. We will conduct all trainings and webinars where travel is not required. We are closely working with our experts and other attendees to run the Webinars on their scheduled timings. Please reach out to our support team to check the status of your webinar.

  7. I have purchased on-demand training, by when it will be available?
  8. Our business continuity plan is in place. In high safety environment respective teams are available and working continuously. Your on-demand training will be enabled in your account within given timelines. In case of any query, our support team is available to assist you through phone and email, click here.

  9. What impact, if any, will there be to receiving training CD/USB?
  10. At this time, we do not expect issues in providing training CD/USB. Currently, the only delays we are experiencing are with delivery to customers who have limited access to their sites or where there are transportation delays.

    In case of any delay, you can reach out to our support team and for time being they will enable recording of same training in your account till the time you get delivery of CD/USB.
