Johanne M. Dictor has over 15 years of experience in the cargo industry. Johanne's experience ranges from domestic to international and includes air, ocean, and surface transportation matters for cargo airlines, insurance companies, freight forwarders and shippers. Johanne has worked with airlines and freight forwarders to develop their Risk Management Claims offices and to establish appropriate policies, procedures and standards for their cargo claims departments and implementation of cargo claim computerized technology. Johanne has also provided education and training in the area of cargo subrogation recoveries on claims with insurance companies and major cargo airlines.

Ms. Dictor has also been an expert witness in a major case for the United States Government in the area of cargo claims, and has been a guest lecturer at Golden Gate University.

Johanne has participated with such organizations as the Airline Transportation Association, Women in Transportation and for two years was Vice President for the San Francisco Air Cargo Association. Presently, she has her own company which specializes in subrogation claims, claims education and training and expert testimony. Ms. Dictor is working with TRA and associates as a consultant assisting with CT-PAT certification and Importer Self Assessment and Export Management Systems.
