Why Should You Attend:

The volume of changes in lending compliance has continued at a rapid pace. This webinar will provide a quick review of each change to make sure you didn’t miss anything, including new TRID rules, new flood insurance rules, new HMDA rules and more.

Keeping up is the most common training goal for compliance and lending personnel. Since the late 1960s, the steady stream of new consumer laws and regulations has been continuously supplemented by revisions of previously issued regulations. Often errors occur simply because the lender was unaware of the change. The changes come, in large part, from the new TRID rules, new interagency flood regulations and new HMDA rules. The revisions to the Military Lending Act will be a surprise for many.
