If they are, the inspection will focus on the compliance issues presented by using temporary workers. It is therefore important to understand the issues underlying the use of temporary workers and how to stay out of trouble.

The instructor will explain OSHA’s enforcement initiative; explain the underlying legal principles to determine whether a temporary worker will be considered an employee of the host employer, and offer practical advice about how to ensure compliance.
