Educated in architecture and civil engineering (New York City University), Bruce DelGrasso’s career began at the same time OSHA was born. Working in offices as an architect and civil engineer, he soon realized that employee safety was where the best bottom line protection and productivity gains where to be found. Company no longer had a choice; and must keep their workers safe, so why not use their safety to benefit the organization as a whole.

He re-engineered his future as a safety professional, with extensive continuing education (Metro State University, Denver CO and OSHA Training Institute Lakewood CO), gaining multiple safety related certifications; he focused on injury prevention and safety training. 40 years of safety, maintenance, and operations experience, working with major national and international organizations, developing world class safety programs. For the last 22 years, he is the owner of a safety consulting company. He has experience in construction, industry, oil & gas, hospitals, infrastructure, and bio-tech gives me a perspective which allows solutions that keep workers safe while maintaining productivity and protecting bottom lines.
