Susan Muhr Leister serves as the director of quality assurance at Technical Resources International Inc. with over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. She is also faculty for both graduate and undergraduate studies at the University of Phoenix. In addition to a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, she has an MBA, a doctorate in organizational management with a focus on leadership, and holds certifications from the American Society of Quality (ASQ) as a Certified Quality Auditor and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Dr. Leister has broad experience in GCP, GLP, and cGMP. She serves the ASQ Section 509 Executive Committee as the Chair-Elect; she also served as a judge for ASQ’s International Team Excellence Awards in 2013 and 2014, and has been serving for the past four years as a Maryland Performance Excellence Award Examiner.

Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange.
