Instructor Profile:

Vicki Amsinger is a HR consultant based in the Greater St. Louis area, who has over 20 years of experience in employee communications, recruitment, training, performance management, policy development, employee relations and human resource information systems.

She holds a master’s degree in human resource development from Webster University as well as a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Missouri S and T.

Ms. Amsinger also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR) certification. She was a founding member of, and served on the board of directors for, the Lewis and Clark Chapter of SHRM for 6 years. She was also an active member of the board of directors for the Missouri State Council of SHRM (MOSHRM) for 4 years. In addition, she is a contributing writer to the St. Louis Post Dispatch’s “The Workplace” column.

Ms. Amsinger also presents webinars to a national audience on HR related issues and presents live trainings on topics ranging from ‘HR 101’ to ‘Building a Culturally Competent Organization-Creating Diversity the Right Way'.
