Confined Space Entry Permit Program - OSHA Regulation 29 CFR 1910.146

Instructor Profile:

Claude Hine, has been writing programs for both municipalities and private industry for the past 20 years. He has written programs and trained employees to enter these confined spaces safely. He has operated H&LP Environmental Consultants, a privately owned consulting company that specializes in writing OSHA programs and training employees to operate within the regulations of the programs. He is currently the Safety Officer for the City of Cohoes, NY, writing and directing their safety programs under the New York State Public Employees Safety and Health division of the New York State Labor Department. He also trains employees for Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response regulation, Pesticide Applications, Respiratory Protection and other OSHA safety regulations.
