How Compliance Officers can Deal with the Barrage of Compliance Requirements while Enabling Focus on Business Performance.

Why Should You Attend:

With thousands of new regulations and unpredictable changes to existing laws each year, healthcare organizations need to move from ad hoc monitoring and execution of compliance requirements to a systematic framework based on regulatory intelligence. Instead of getting overwhelmed by the regulatory information and data coming from numerous sources, such a framework can help organizations get the right information, direct it appropriately, provide tools to assess and analyze its impact and facilitate the changes required in the business operations in a measurable and consistent manner.

In this educational webinar experts from PricewaterhouseCoopers and MetricStream will present:

  • Monitoring changes in regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations
  • Understanding compliance risks across global operations and how to assess and mitigate them
  • Sharing information and driving collaboration between legal, compliance, IT and business groups
  • Ensuring accountability of control and assurance functions through efficient compliance processes
  • Enabling LOBs to achieve performance goals while adhering to policies and regulatory mandates
