Mr. Bell has been involved in the compliance industry for 12 years, working for REI Inc, one of America’s largest outdoor retailers. Through his networking contacts with BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) and many small and large brands and retailers, such as Disney, Starbucks, Nike, MEC, Black Diamond, Columbia and Cascade Designs, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and issues facing both suppliers and their customers.

He left REI last June to create his own company, Fair Labor Solutions, which specializes in collaboration, root cause and supplier owned compliance.

Sonal Sinha - Associate Vice President of Industry Solutions, MetricStream
As Associate Vice President of industry solutions,Ms.Sinha is responsible for driving solutions and strategy for MetricStream in industries such as Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, and Technology. Ms.Sinha has over a decade of experience as a Risk Management, Audit, Advisory, and Compliance Leader at consulting and technology companies including Google, Visa and KPMG.
Ms.Sinhal holds a B.Sc. from the University of Texas, Arlington and a joint M.B.A. from University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and Columbia Business School in New York. She is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
