Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act
Abstract:On October 13, 2010, President Obama signed S 3397, the Secure and Responsible Drug Disposal Act of 2010. S. 3397 was considered on the House floor on September 29, 2010, under a suspension of the rules, requiring a two-thirds majority vote to pass. The Act was introduced by Sen. Klobuchar (D-MN) on May 24, 2010, and it passed the Senate by unanimous consent on August 3, 2010.
